Is vvm working for anyone on Verizon release? Didn't work on leaked 1925 after restart and still not back with official.

My vvm just stopped working. Unidentified caller. Phone call after phone call and two devices later still no fix

I've been using Youmail for my visual voicemail for years. Works perfectly and highly customizable. Check it out at youmail.com and download the app from the Google App Store app Snap.

Mine is not working as well. I'm finding many issues with the Verizon release. Hopefully that is why it was pulled. Things that worked perfectly are not working now I'm discovering. I should have waited and not taken this update!

You guys just need to reactivate it. I had an issue with Verizon service when the z10 first came out and I had done a restore. It isn't .1925 causing an issues

    Mine is messed up too.

It stopped giving me notifications, instead I get free text messages from verizon that say VZWVVMBB5001:vVVM..........

I de-activated it and was going to try to re-activate it...but it disappeared. VZW support has no idea what/where it is.

I mean, it's not just me, right? Here's the instructions from VZW on activating VVM:

    Activate Visual Voice Mail - BlackBerry® Z10

You swipe down on the phone screen and there IS NO "get connected" option. Just to clear call log, and a "settings" wheel. I remember doing it before I got 10.2.1 and there were other options, but now those have changed.

    Right?

Ya, you are there.... you have to click that settings "wheel" you spoke of, then scroll down to Visual Voice Mail. You may want to deactivate it in your Verizon web account first, then in that settings menu you can reactivate it in your account through the initial setup again.

PS. Verizons webpage is correct. On your home page there is an icon that says SETUP, it's in your pages somewhere, you may have moved it into a folder. When you open it, there are a few icons inside and a little header above the first group says "Get Connected" and then you will see the Visual Voice mail icon there as well.

And I didn't see the setup icon before, but even there...

When you click Voice Mail is anything in there?

It just says that the voicemail access code is *86. If you dial that, or access voicemail any other way, it just goes into regular old voicemail. right after I hang up I get a text from VZW telling me to log into VVM application, or dial *86 to retrieve voicemail.

Ya, this sounds exactly like what happened to me when the Z10 first came out and I am trying to recall what I did to fix it. Have you removed the voice mail feature from your Verizon wireless account online?

I'm on the phone now with VZW tech support, he's checking with BlackBerry now but think we might need to wipe/reset and start again.

Did the wipe and reinstalled. Vvm worked for awhile and now it says same thing "message cannot be played try again later". Not sure what problem is because have even cancelled and reactivated vvm.
