I had a Z10 when it first came out for a bit and moved back to android. Now with the new updates I'm really thinking of getting one again. Hows it keeping up after nearly a year of being out? Is it still worth getting? I don't want a Z30 due to the size and non removable battery, I think the Z10 will be pretty well just as good still.

I have a moto x now. I've been through a few androids since I left blackberry. Mainly because of the gmail integration and apps of course. I really need Xbox music, and I believe Google can integrate with BB10 correct?

A year later and I am still in love with mine. I went through a Z30 love phase but I'm back on the Z10 love. The size is perfect and the screen is gorgeous.

The updates since release have really brought the device to life.

1year next week. The Z10 is a better phone today than the day I bought it. It is the only phone or electronic device I know where OS upgrades actually improve performance as well as features. Plan to keep using it for another two years or more.

I've been rocking my Z10 since February 5th and it's by far been my best BlackBerry smartphone experience to date.

I could be one of the lucky ones though, I've never experienced a since issue that some uses have encountered and now that I'm on 10.2.1 I'm getting all the apps I've ever wanted from the device. All and all, this is a great device and anyone worth their salt would know that.

No slowing down... I continously used it for about 15 days without shut down.. and about 4 months on stock OS...
Rock solid phone.. the only problem being.. the people don't know!

It's actually must faster than the day I bought it. The other CB users aren't kidding; the OS upgrades have been quite good.

I load fresh OS's in the form of leaks from time to time (twice since purchase maybe?) and the rest of the updates have been OTA. Perhaps the fact that there's a couple of clean installs keeps it running like a top.

Oh. And the battery concerns are over blown. I just hit 10% and it's 11AM - Came off the charger at 7AM yesterday morning.

10.2 is official on all Canada carriers. However, if you're used to the BB10 experience from previously owning a Z10, then I'd say load up a leak OS like 10.2.1.

The benefits are tremendous once you sideload the SNAP application to access the Google Play store for all the Android apps you could possibly want. The only downside (and I personally don't consider this a downside but some do), is that android apps that require Google services to run don't work. Other then that 10.2.1 has been a real refresh even from 10.2 and I've experienced minimal beta related issues from loading a leak OS, nothing worth mentioning.

Stl-3 and 10.2.1925 for me. I love it. I thought for sure I would be downloading more apps than I have but, I found I only mainly needed the TTorrent and Pirate Bay apps for music, and install am and of course, my most used app, ES File Explorer 3.

Other than that I just need an official BlackBerry World Mega app.

Photo syncing via Dropbox, Picasa, and BitCasa are horrible, and Shoebox I can't find.

If your carrier releases a newer version, yes, otherwise the latest " leak" may be the same. For example, Verizon released 10.2.1.1925 yesterday and it's the same as the leak except for three apps (Verizon mobile, Verizon backup, and Bing).

The z10 gets ragged in due to some missing stuff like miracast, the battery life, camera, and the processor.

The z30 is awesome, but is too large, heavy, and does not have a replaceable battery.

So, I really wish they would learn from all their devices and make a new z10 sized phone.

That said, I wish there was a way to buy an aftermarket camera, or a new loud speaker to upgrade the phone ourselves. I would totally do it.

Imagine if we you could soldier in the snapdragon pro from the z30. That would be cool
