A lot of people like sliders lol my sister, brother-in-law and best friend all came from the BlackBerry 9800/9810 Torch and would love to have a BB10 slider, unfortunately there isn't one so 2 settled for the Q10 and the 3rd settled on the Z10 but if given the opportunity all three would switch to a slider.

When done right. Obviously I don't want it 'exactly' like the image. Needs polish but it could be a nice device. I hated the Torch when I first saw it, hated it less when I used it... ended up loving it.

I mean, it definitely looks nice. But moving parts on a handheld? Seems like a recipe for disaster. The Torch 1 and 2 just left me with a strong distaste for sliders, haha

I seen some nicer slider designs on here...but I completely agree...a new slider is due. especially given how much BlackBerry has progressed with their touch screen since the torch days

Slider all the way! Big screen and keyboard. Best of both worlds. I can honestly say the Torch 9810 was my most favorite BlackBerry. And my longest!

I don't think I'd personally use this simply because I live the virtual keyboard on my Z10, but I think it's pretty cool and should be real one day! I loved my Torch and think there's a large market for sliders.
