I am posting for everyone a clue. I figure it might be helpful. Since I'm going with a bold anyway and don't plan on entering here it is:

TXT "EVILLAGE" to 41039 starting Nov. 6th.

The clue appear as storm posters. They say warmer, warmer, HOT! and then the code and instructions!

I believe so. Because I think that it then involves going into stores to get actual codes or something. I think these clues lead you to the various stores.

New Code to text: "UES". I'm fairly certain "WVILLAGE" is a code too

I don't think so, but I could be wrong. It's not a common way to refer to the various parts of the village. Perhaps "SOHO" or "TRIBECA" or "UWS" would be other codes?
The only ones I'm sure of are "EVILLAGE" and "UES".

GVILLAGE= Greenwich VIllage
WVILLAGE= West Village
UES= Upper East Side
etc...

These aren't necessarily clues, just NYC neighborhood acronyms. THere is no north village or south village.

cant wait till tomorrow to try out the codes...i have been looking and ive seen some people putting up verizon ad's in New York Penn Station.... going to check them on my home this afternoon.....

Also amnd this is only a guess but im pretty sure there will be some in the Times Square area

My source in the city told me "Bean" is a keyword and it worked for me. There is at least one for those of us not in NYC. It would be nice if those in NYC would look out for the CB community. It is all a random drawing any way...

timessquare just worked for me like 5 min ago. If u put in the same word twice, the second time it prolly sends the message that doesnt work back because u can only enter the same word once per day.
