    We use this at work to filter and alert us when emails come in with certain keywords in the subject.

    If someone could please confirm that this feature has been reintroduced in 10.2.0 (as I heard it would be), I would sincerely appreciate it.

    When you go to hub settings, priority hub, add rule, you can set it up

    On legacy devices, this feature only works with email to my knowledge. That's how I have set it up on my Bold 9900 (and previously 9780). I would assume it would only work with email on BB10.

    Anyway, I am glad they brought back level 1 notifications as it is much needed.

    Got it set up, but no matter what rule I put in place, I can't seem to trigger it. Anyone else having issues with it? Anyone got it working properly? Any tips?

    [EDIT] - It works with my exchange email, but not with my Gmail.

    I have only ever used this feature with my corporate email/corporate BB connected via our BES. Not sure of that makes a difference.

    Thanks, I have the same problem of not level 1 working but it helps to removing and re-adding my email accounts.
