Heh-heh... it was certainly announced on 30th January, and here in the UK we could even buy a Z10 not too long afterwards... but many markets waited months after that for BB10 handsets to be on sale.

So, my guess. OS10.2.1 will be globally available April 30th 2014.

Honestly, it really doesn't matter WHEN it's released. It's when your carrier rolls it out, which could be days, weeks, months after they get it from BlackBerry. To say 'BlackBerry 10.2.1 will be released on this day'... is dumb. BlackBerry 10.2 has been released as well, look how well that turned out for some folks.
