A week or so ago I was trying to update dome apps. And I get an error message "An error occurred while processing your request ". Now I have 3 updates and I get the same response from all 3 requests. Any ideas?

OK, have you try to do it without wifi, and did you check your BlackBerry I'd is OK, sometimes I get that issue but is a thing of poor signal

I tried updating after I turned wifi off. No change. When I opened Settings, BlackBerry ID it says "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again". OK.

Hedley you get lucky, last time that I get that message from mi BlackBerry id had to wipe the device and start again, but I have always my backup in hand or everything connect to something no issues there
