Now that I can install Apk directly to my z10, should I use the native app or install the apk for apps like WhatsApp, Skype, twitter, etc...

I would use native since there is better integration with the hub and the apps are faster.

Native. There's really no reason against it.
Besides, apk speeds are way slower than native.

Native all the way. Much more richer experience. I basically only use apks if I can't find a native solution.

I would make an exception for 'ported' apps in BBWorld. In those cases you should go for .apk installs. The ported apps almost never have big changes for BB10, and are often not updated/a lot of versions behind the .apk you can get.

The only exception I can think of is Skype, there the BBWorld version is probably the best.

    BlackBerry 10 signed.

I prefer the android version of Evernote to the native version for some reason. I think the design of the app is just better.

Other than that it's native all the way for me.

Native for better overall integration ( hub, sharing, BBM, BlackBerry World notification, etc.).
