I have owned it for about two weeks now, and already I am dragging my finger up from the bottom bezel of my iPad when I am trying to get out of an app, and wondering what is wrong with it when it doesn't work.

I do that all the time on other devices!

Wish other devices were intuitive like BB10. I know many will say the opposite but oh well... lol

I do it that stuff too. On the Playbook it works... but that darn keyboard... can't they at least just make the BB10 keyboard available on the Playbook? I keep flicking up and it never works...

The swiping becomes second nature. I catch myself doing it all the time on other devices. My Z10 just rocks!!!

And carrying over Playbook behavior, I try swiping apps closed either totally or from the active frame and that X is so little!

And the flicking up words from the keyboard is great too.

I am just waiting for the time when I inadvertently swipe up on my wife or boss' chin to shut them up...

My daughter has a Z10 too now and watching the two of us trying to swipe iPads etc must be quite funny to watch. I also try to delete words by swiping to the left on other keyboards. We hate using my husband's Android keyboard for these reasons.

On the same note I am hating that swipe diagonally up right to left[Android] back swipe does not go back on BB10 Apps.
If you are making Android integral to BB10 you need to also adopt that gesture.
I have the same feeling when I do it on my BB10 apps and it doesn't work.
