Right now if we choose to share photos there's plenty of options - text, bbm, Facebook, but option to share to email is missing, I think iPhone has that, blackberry should too. It's much more convenient to click on the photo/share/email, than to go to the email and look for attachment.

There already is. When you share the photo, you will have the photo up top. Right below are Suggestions (based on your most often used, or last used method of sharing), scroll down and you will see all the options to share. Will upload a pic in a moment.
