    my phone hanged i tried to resart by removing the battery, when i put it on it didnt come on, and it is not charging when plugged so bad. what should i do people?

    have you try with another charger?? if still wont go charging, try to plug it up into your pc.

    i have tried with another charger, even swapped battery with my friends z10 but it still wont charge and come on

    Probably its your hardware. Uhm, have you try to plug it up into pc??

    I am experiencing the same thing. I saw on a different post- we may need to return it to our carrier for a replacement. No other fix was available.
