Anyone successfully make a check deposit with the android app 4.3.255? I have not got this to work. When taking a picture you see processing for a while and the picture looks distorted.

Set up your camera to save to the device and not the media card. This might help...

I am running 10.2.1.1925 and have the same issue. I tried pointing pictures to device and it still freezes after snapping the picture.

I am still having the same problem even with the latest mandatory update to the BofA app, disappointing 4.4.21 that just came out.

I'm on 10.2.1 Z30 and Z10.
Right after BofA app update to 4.4.21 the deposit function was actually working on both phones! But now suddenly it stopped again! I changed nothing. I had an older APK, tried installing it but no luck with deposits. Reinstalling the latest BofA does not fix the issue. Frustrating.
Did anyone get it to work? Please let the rest of us know!

I'm on leak *.1925 (Z10) and it's working great for me.

My brother on the other hand has a Q10 and for some reason can't get it to work. He's on CLARO DR's official 10.2 but not sure which one...

My camera is set to save on media card.

Forgot to mention I deleted the 1st app I had from Amazon which did not work and then downloaded again from Snap... maybe this version fixed it?
