So I switched from a Z10 to the z30. That's because my 10 died, but there were reasons I got this instead of another 10.

One of the main reasons is the battery. Even left mostly idle all day the Z10 had to be charged every day. It's now almost midnight and I've had the phone off the charger since 8:45 ish.

I'll just leave this here...

That was with little to no use admittedly, but even with no use my Z10 would be well on its way to dying before the end of the night

Didn't charge it last night either. This thing knows how to save battery :P





When I'm using it normally, I'll get down to roughly 20% by the time I go to sleep. Heavy use I'll literally be almost below 10%. I'm not afraid of it hitting that mark though... I find this phone a lot easier to estimate "time remaining" with

Wow. I've never done this with a phone before.

Two full days of use. Put it on charge in my car for about 10 minutes at one point but that was just for the ride. I literally just put it on the charger less than 10 minutes ago.

I love this thing :P

I've been getting great battery life with moderate use... and I run a service business. after 16 hours off charge, I am at 60%.

I believe that graph is introduced in 10.2.1. I can't remember anymore. You can get the bar from the leak and side load system monitor. Should work. I won't be home for another 12 hours though. But if nobody links it I will try and get the bars tonight when I guy home.

This is from leaked OS 10.2.1.1925. Once the official 10.2.1 releases it will be available to everyone.

For this case, no I wasn't. The weekend was quite slow for my phone. I had many situations like this with my Z10 and never got this kind of battery life out of it.

On an average use day (At work, on wifi, drive home to wifi) I'm almost still at 70% by the time I go home.
