If you are changing some parts of the back-end of the site, why have you not announced this (may be causing issues)?
Short explanation by Bla1ze:

We use Incapsula to, for lack of better words, keep bad guys out.
Long story short, their network had a hiccup and triggered the captcha... (there is no malware!, red.)
The hello pop up you saw, was nothing more than some leftover code ... It has since been fixed and the code has been removed.

A list of the issues people have run into:

• Participated/subscribed view on web/app versions is unreliable:
• New Participated Topics do not show up.
• Unanswered Post list does not work properly.
• Quotations boxes (and some other html tags?) are behaving strangely. Quotation is fixed, html is still an issue.
• Overall website layout has problems, sometimes only showing simple text in articles. Seems to be fixed now.
• I just got several random requests from http://www.incapsula.com/ saying I needed to enter a caption before being allowed to acces Crackberry. Seems to be fixed now.
• Random pop-up with a 'hello!' message. Seems to be fixed now.

At first I thought it was just random one-time issues on my end, but now I feel there is something else going on. Would be nice to have some confirmation about work in progress/fixes being worked on.

My first thought was that CB servers are not prepared to handle increased traffic and therefore do human verification.
Perhaps, CES/BB exposure increased the number of users.

I clicked through some of the Incapsula links and it seems Incapsula is having problems, so it may be any site that uses this service is affected.

Not to nag or anything, but this doesn't seem fixed yet at all.
I just (just now) got my own dose of malware-captcha.
We can try to act all lighthearted about this (so to speak), but a website sending out apparently false malware warnings should be considered part of the problem, not of the solution...
Now I will have to run a lengthy virus scan and will probably find nothing...

Already fixed again, no longer shows up. Was probably for some debugging purpose.
