    Hi everyone,
    I am facing some problem in configuring my official Mail in Blackberry z30. My official mails can only be assessed by Blackberry email service. Since z30 doesn't uses BIS service I am unable to configure my official Mail in my new phone....is there any other way I can configure to activate the BES service for accessing official mails.

    Pls. start by giving some details about your mail provider. Especially if it is EAS, POP, IMAP and what the address of the mail server is.

    You are mentioning both BIS and BES. Basically your phone is able to to everything BIS did - just directly from the phone. BES is used solely for " VPN" tunneling EAS traffic behind the firewall.
