I have a problem which is EXACTLY the OPPOSITE of this. I get a notification sound when I'm sending an email and when I'm receiving an email. I have also set a customised tone when receiving mail. What happens is when I send a mail, my BB Z30 gives the 'Essential' tone. When I receive a mail, first it gives me the 'Essential' tone, then it gives me my customised tone.

It's knocking my head in!!
