    How do you revert back to Factory OS? I tried BBLink but it only security wipes. I might need to go back to 10.1 to see if my BBM Video will work again. If it doesn't work then I know its hardware related. Thanks

    Doesn't Matter
    I'm unsure if it works like BBOS and Desktop Manager but with that you can download the OS you want, probably on here somewhere, and install it with DM.
