Has anyone tried Uber on 1925? I'm getting crashes intermittently on Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1259

In b4 use the search function, I already did and couldn't find anything

Seems to crash on the gps, I got to the sign-in on .1925 but it crashed there, on re-launch it just hangs and crashed but it looks like it makes the gps call but dies immediately

Did you try to login and it crashes then or does it crash when you choose the sign in button? The latter does work for me, it does not crash. I don't have an Uber account, so I can't test if the actual login process works.

I have the same issue with the app. I now am using the HTML5 version of Uber, and have an app Icon for it in my travel folder on my Z30 and Z10. You can find the link here: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...l-bb10-906965/

It's great. Once you have logged in, it remembers and you don't have to keep logging in every time you launch.

You don't get the G Playservices crash? Have you done any hacks to enable play services? It would be great news if this works. They probably don't even know how many customers the lose by not supporting bbry stiill lots of BlackBerry faithful in their key markets.

The m.uber.com works fine but the app is cleaner.

Seems to finally work on 2228 for me. I didn't try to use yet but the app finally launches, no cars on the map but perhaps we have finally got a functional app????
