i just signed up to the Market Preview for BES 10 Cloud, i managed to setup everything and add one user in under 30 minutes, workspace activated on my z30 along with Exchange account, very impressed indeed.

Our server is Windows 2012 with Exchange 2013 CU2.
i installed the BES connector on the server to sync the active directory users.

Very easy to navigate, no issues at all, going to add an android device for one of our other users too.

Beta license is for 50 users upto march 2014.

The only thing extra i could wish for is to some how install and use BB Work drives with BES 10 Cloud as id love to view the server shares in file manager.

I can post links and some instructions if anyone wants help.

Happy New Year and great work Blackberry on the BES Cloud.

I was in the beta program. Bes 10 cloud is fantastic! I was new to BES so I had to teach myself everything, but it's such a good service.

Have to agree, very easy to setup..

My only wish is that I can set it up with my Office 365 test tenant, as then I would have a end 2 end cloud solution.

    happy new year.

    Hi chas

It gave the option when installing to choose the port, the default was 8080 I believe.

I've signed up for this too. I set up the work space fine on my Q10 but I'm not getting emails. I have office365 and it keeps asking for my password. Any tips?

I've written to BlackBerry about it but haven't heard back yet

I don't have a 365 account so I cannot test, however are you sure your DNS Is setup correctly and your autodiscover record is working?

One small issue I'm having, when sending an email from my z30 I always get a pop up when I click send staring that the email address I am sending to is outside the organisation would I like to continue, naturally clicking yes works fine, however it's a bit annoying having to click yes everytime I send an email.

Any idea if there is a setting I can disable?

Yup. The autodiscover is fine. The BlackBerry support team asked me to send logs which i'll do. It's probably some sort of permissioning I'm not doing

OP - So as it can't access your internal SMB shares for BlackBerry Work Drives, I'm guessing it can't browse your internal websites either from the Workspace?

Either of those is a deal breaker for us unfortunately.

Work drives and browsing internal sites is super convenient. I wish work drives was available for uds devices and not needing to use workspace

Yes I wish we could have work drives and internal browsing without secure workspace on iOS and Android too. In fact I don't think there is Work Drives for Secure Workspace yet it there?

That limitation would be good for BlackBerry if they had a BB10 tablet range to use BB10 on. It's such a limiting factor in the workplace being able to access your network drives and internal websites on a phone but not a tablet without a VPN and extra software.

How did you manage to set it up with office 365?
On the compatibility sheet I saw it didn't mention office 365 - just seemed to be for servers based in the office. Since we went to Office 365 we no longer have any servers of our own!
Would seem a bit daft if BES10 Cloud didn't support Office 365!

Few things I've found so far

    1. For some reason now and then my contacts revert back to no names just phone numbers, a reboot solves it.

    2. Its very annoying with the pop up to confirm I want to send an email outside the organisation

Other than that everything seems to run well.

Had the same problem... changed the email on the cloud server with new, unused ones... created some yahoo accounts. Activated the devices with those yahoo emails...

and then added gmail accounts in the phone...

    hope it helps!

Been playing around with it for a bit now, but I don't see the "unified view" setting anywhere. Is this setting not a part of this and only on BES 10?

Instructions would be great as I am stuck on activating a device. I set the administrator account and tried to activate my device on it but I keep getting login credentials are invalid so I added another user with different email address but I'm getting the same message. I'm using Outlook. Com
