Thought i'd share this with you all, people in the main forum for this may have seen it but this is for all that don't know.

I downloaded the Torrent Apps from Snap if anyone was wondering and the integration for Magnet links is amazing, from Native OS to Android, this OS 10.2.1.1925 is powerful : D

The last image is if you just tap on the magnet link in the browser.

It doesn't download anything on my phone though, I left it on last night and it didn't download anything when I checked this morning.

That's actually only the second app to make use of the 'Open In' function. Neat!

Works fine for me, maybe a setting issue on your part or a dead torrent or even your carrier blocking torrents.

I noticed some Torrent Apps still don't function properly (such as actually adding and downloading the torrent file) This one that I have downloaded does work and downloads any torrent with no issues.

    tTorrent try it out.

Think about it, downloading a torrent with ANY torrent app will drain your battery, using Network, Data, Constantly Running in the background.. cant avoid it.

I'd say if your downloading a torrent from your phone then you should either plug it in or download something small.

I personally like the notification it shows you the UP and DOWN speeds without going into the app : ) but you can always turn notifications for the app off using Ghost Commander.

If you were lucky enough to get bit torque, I'd say that is the best out there IMHO.

Just downloaded Flud. Nice, works well. I tried installing uTorrent and Ttorrent but neither would commence downloading. Thanks for the tip.

I got 2 error messages using Flud, both torrents downloaded almost nothing and then poof "error". I used both public and a private tracker to make sure. Any idea? Is there an error log somewhere within the app?

The only torrent app that worked as intended for me was ttorrent.
Others add and recognize the torrent but they do not download, the speed states doesn't even increase. Ttorrent works fine and I get upto 4mb/s download speed and also works in background and sleep mode

The app seems to be downloading pretty slow! I have Bittorque, one of the few lucky ones to get the native while it was in BlackBerry World for a few weeks! The download speeds are amazing on it and it works flawlessly, I keep restoring my old backup just to hold on to that app, have it backed up in like 6 different places so I don't lose it lol. I really wish there was a way for me to just get the bar file on its own though.

Wish we had a good free native torrent app, and yes I also wish there was a way to extract the bar from the backup file.
