I have had a Z10 and a Q10 in the past and currently using a Z30 here in the UK . Although i never had any of these issues on either of the prior two phones the Z30 seems to play up in the following ways quiet regularly :

Blue tooth connection is hit and a miss and sometimes turning blue tooth off from drop down menu doesn't close it, even tried it from the settings- connections and it still stays on. Only thing is a reboot.

Location services turn on randomly while the phone is in standby, sometimes during a phone call. Have no side loded apps and location based services permissions are only for trusted and known apps only. Besides had these apps on the Z10 and Q10 and never had this issue.

Sometimes waking the phone up from standby and either the camera app is on or the contacts are open.

Find the phone to be very laggy at times, when scrolling through facebook and contacts and when flicking up to close an app into active frame and it is very slow and jerky.

I'm running the official 10.2.0 and also have run anti virus scan with Max mobile security but have found no threats. Please advise or share if anybody else is facing same issues.

I think your OS is damaged. In your situation, I'd do the short way and reload the OS with link

Sounds like something is wrong with the phone. Mine works fantastic. I would try the reload as well. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Only one I see is camera coming on all the time. Bottom bar could be gesture lockable, programmable or what to mute evoking camera app. I note that when phone is locked, I need to really stand on camera icon to evoke it. Something between this and present extreme touch sensitivity would be great. Doc Neutron

As others have said, give it a wipe and hopefully that will help you out.

Any reason why you would not load the latest leaked OS. It is absolutely stunning. Just a thought, it really is very easy with very few issues.

@bugbadben, just read on cb news thread that the official OS 10.2.1 might be releasing in a few weeks so i will wait and get the official.

Yeah 10.2.0 was very buggy for me on my Q5 with wifi and bluetooth, all fixed with the 1055 leak witch was terrible, I'm actually hoping to buy a Z30 tomorrow and can't wait to try out 1925! Why not try a leak? I know your fear all too well
