    I have BlackBerry Balance wiith a work and private partition configured on my Q10. Will this be retained when installing a leaked OS or do you have to reconfigure Balance from scratch again?

    You will have to set it up again, most likely involving asking your IT/administrator for new info to get BES set up.

    Which basically means that yes you will have to reconfigure from scratch again.

    Yes, it is a pain, but something I have dealt with for at least 15 times since April. But as the BES admin, it is not an issue, however since you are not, I would suggest friending that person as this could get addictive. You need him (or her) on your side.
