I have found out a 'trick' to resume mega stuck downloads (Tested on Windows 7 with Firefox browser)

    1. If the download is stuck ? DO NOT close / refresh the browser or tab

    2. Put your PC on ?Sleep? mode

    3. After PC goes to sleep? then start the PC again

    4. Mega will show ?Temporary Error ? Retrying? Message

    5. Voila! Your download resumes

I don't know if people have already posted this... but I thought its worth sharing.

Btw.. It should work on Chrome browser too...

That's pretty sweet. I'll keep that in mind if that happens to me.

No one wants to start a 1gb file from the start again

Why don't you just open a free Mega account and import the file to you account? Works for me then I'm the only one downloading it.

I find that disabling (temporarily of course) my antivirus (nod32 for the record) will oftentimes allow the download to resume.

That trick did nothing. I am about to lose 15gig of downloads and I'm on a 400kbps connection. I am freaking out!

I think disabling internet connection and wait some time should do the same

What I do is pause the download, wait a few seconds then click the start button and it picks up from where it left off!

    Worked like charm, thank you.

just in case, if you tried to create an account and the download didn't resume then just log off and on again and try to resume and that should suffice
