Hi Everyone, I received a couple of days ago an e-mail from Exfm saying they are shutting down on January 15th, 2014. Meaning that the great Skooday app will be useless, so if anyone has an alternative native app let us know.

I'm hearing things about Rdio.

Rdio has no BlackBerry 10 app and the Android app doesn't work right when loaded, the only option for Rdio on BB10 is forte.fm.

It's the end of Skooday too which is really sad. The dev confirmed it in the Skooday thread saying one of the reasons is he thinks BlackBerry 10 is a dead system.

I know his BlackBerry broke too a while back so I assumed he'd moved on to a different platform.

Edit: just checked it out, through BlackBerry browser, exfm works fine

I used spotify some time ago.. It worked well on my Q10 ;-) But if you want native alternative you can try easytune and hypemachine: both free and on BBworld!

Awesome - just downloaded both, so I'll give them a try. Much prefer a native experience, so here's hoping they can fill the gap! :-)

Yep, I agree. All the native alternatives I've tried are either buggy or just unusable! I'll be going for android Spotify.
