Verizon has the Z30 on display but the literature is for Z10-img_00000041.jpg

Dammit Verizon..this is as bad as the Future Shop display for BlackBerry 10 that I saw at the Toronto Dundas location last night. The Q10 was plugged in but had no power! All the other BB10 devices were just dummy units.

Order off Crackberry or any online store. It's cheaper and probably less annoying...

I will be buying from Crackberry. Just pissed that the phone that I support and see as better than anything out is being shunned for no reason what so ever.

Most of us are pissed too. The voice of consumers on BB10 isn't loud enough for them to care. Unless a class action lawsuit could provide sufficient facts that there is a real problem.

Does anyone at BlackBerry sales have the portfolio to follow up on incidents like this??

BlackBerry must have people that will show up and inquire as to why they overtly shun BlackBerry.

This is right up there with the Best Buy labeling the Z10 as a "Android phone X10" on their signage...

What's ridiculous about it? BB barely sells, why waste shelf space on accessories that won't sell either? Stores stock what they expect to move.

More lametastic excuses. Nintendo Wii U barely sells why should we have accessories. Because some people need it??

If I walked into a store like and was interested in a z30, I would demand the Z30 at the price listed under the device.

There isn't a single Z30 in stock in the United States so that is why there are no accessories. It's up to individual corporate stores to order what they want. We can whine all we want but clearly the demand isn't there. The Z30 will need to be ordered over the phone or online and the same goes for cases. It stinks, but it's reality.

Most places that sell gaming consoles have much more room than ones that cell phones. (Especially kiosks etc) Space is at less of a premium. Consoles also stay in a life cycle longer, which means more sales over time. Gaming has a different retail strategy.

You would be better off comparing a different type of cellphone, but that would only confirm my original statement. Any store will have tons of Galaxy and iPhone cases, less of just about every other device, because those don't sell as well, and will have less people buying accessoires to go with them.

To get more in depth, you would have to account for the fact that many manufacturers buy more shelf space and prominent locations for their products, whch I left out of the first post, but is also applicable.

No excuses. Just retail selling stratgey.

Same situation at my local Verizon Corporate store in Georgia. No cases or screen protectors either. Ordered online was annoyed but it is what it is still got 3 others at work to get a z30.

Same deal with signage they don't give a cr@p to put out the right signs with the BlackBerry phones. I really hope they gain market share back in the US so I can tell all the negative people they were wrong about BB.

It's kind of sucks that Verizon does this after the whole thing about Z30 being exclusive to verizon.

But to a different point, definitely buy a case from Crackberry, the service is good and I believe it comes from USPS (so right in your mailbox). Definitely recommend the SEIDIO Active Case with kickstand. Phone has dropped accidentally multiple times on many different surfaces and still looking great as ever

Please tell which store this is, I will give them a call, maby that is what we need to start doing, I have unlimited calling...!

Looks like they need some help, poor things...!

BTW; Did they have a Z10 on display? And I noticed on the tag it says, (I am sure with a two year contract that it is FREE) and they say this does not make any difference. People go for it and make them stick to there poor salesmanship. You should be paying $199.00 like for that Q10 next to it, but free, and that does not make any difference.
