I have the leak 10.2.1.1055 on Z10, Verizon.

    Don't get mad!

I've honestly read many threads trying to figure out the first step!

I saw Bla1ze's list. I've seen instructions. I don't understand what I do first? How do I get Snap? Is Snap what I want? What do I do exactly in order to put android apps such as Pandora on this phone!?

The many threads I've seen seem to jump right into something that might be.. in my mind..like a step two or three. I don't know where to begin exactly.

    Thanks so much in advance.

1.Download playbook app manager into Chrome.https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...pblnikkp?hl=en
    2. go to settings>Security on your phone and turn development on
3.open playbook manager addin, and match your ip with your phone ip (It will show on the screen
4.put your phone password and you are in.. just drag and drop your bars.

or you can download an app on your phone to install bars directly

Install snap using his method, after that you can install apks straight from snap. You could also download an android app store straight from your device. There are lots to choose from. The best stores I have found would be 1mobile and aptoide. Between those you should be able to find just about any app you could think of.

Haha sorry about that. Here's where you can get snap: http://redlightoflove.com/ota/Snap-latest.bar

Snap needs to be installed using the method above.

You can download 1mobile market from this link: http://www.1mobile.com/app/market/
And aptoide from this one: http://m.aptoide.com/

You can install 1mobile market and aptoide directly from your phone just by downloading them from their respective sites, clicking on the downloaded apk files and then clicking install.

Thanks Azrae! Above all thanks for not saying, "Go read a thread, there's a ton of threads on this subject." Because believe me I have tried!
