Hallo i have an Q5 device and preinstalled "Games" up wich i dont really use but in BB world it always show me that i have a new update for this app, altough when i try to install this update it tells me that i cannot download update because it is not compatible or something,its annoying cause its stuck there from 1 month or so.Tried refreshing BB World many times same results,"GAMES" update still there.
Another annoying thins is that in "My apps&game" allways show that i have an update available but when i press on thta it tells"you have no more updates to download"and then in random times games update will apear again and in same way it will disapear.....but always show that i have an update.

I have the pre-installed Games thing too and I just ignore it. In fact, a game I downloaded for free wanted to open and set it up and I ignored it too and deleted the game. There are threads around here that talk about this icon. We need to find them and see what we can do to get rid of it.

It's baked into the OS, and you cannot get rid of it. At the same time, if I try to open the Games app (I haven't set it up), it tells me that it's unavailable for my device (Q10).

but i can open games up and i cannot rid of games app update from BB world,always apear as an available update to download but i can't download that update ,its stuck there

it is not a problem with games, but with bb world, i had the same problem on my z10,
solution: reinstall bb world, and games using bars from the the 10.2. official release. u can do that by putting your bb in developer mode and use ddpb from your pc.
if u do this with any program, reinstall it with ddpb, after you can deleted without any problems.
