Is there a trick to it? I use an Exchange email for work, but my Z10 wont set it up. I get an error message that my user name or password are incorrect.


I double checked and my user name and password being used to set up the Exchange account on my Z10 are correct.

I tried the advanced setup and i get an error message stating my settings are incorrect, but i have all required fields filled in correctly: use name, email address, Password, and server address

Didn't think it would be difficult to set up a work email on a "business phone"

Any guidance would be appreciated

setting up owa accounts on blackberry 10 can be tricky but it can be done.

if you had something like

https://mail3.examplecompany.com/owa it is very important to insert the server address on the Blackberry as mail3.examplecompany.com ( i.e cut out the the https:\\ and \owa parts)

Also its very important to write the domain name just simply as examplecompany do not type examplecompany.com etc

It is possible...just keep going at it.

Interesting, I have had no issue with exchange when was running my z 10. Is it self hosted or part of office365?
