    Hi All,

    Yesterday i just upgraded my Z10 STL100-1 OS to 10.2.0.415. After that, my BBM worked fine.
    But, this morning, I open Blackberry World, and noticed that there was a new version of BBM 10.2.25.101, so I decided to upgraded it.
    After upgrading was completed, I made a hard restart with turn off device and pull out the battery. After about 5 minutes I turned it on, and then realized that BBM was not working, couldn't send any messages and also couldn't receive any messages. But other application working very well, FB Twitter Browser... and i can still downloading other applications from Blackberry World.
    And when i read comments about BBM new version 10.2.25.101 on Blackberry World, i notice that there are so many Z10 users have same problem. Anyone of you has the same problem using BBM 10.2.25.101??? Please help....

    Same thing here.. from indonesia.. last night I update 2 BlackBerry.. mine q10, and wifey z10..
    My q10 work flawlessly
    But for some reason my wife z10 bbm is not working!!!
    Z10 STL100-1
    10.2.0.424
    How the hell I'm able to check the bbm version anyway???
    Any clue guys

    Ps:
    Why BlackBerry don't allow users to uninstall bbm.. considering constant fak up that their engineering often make like this??? Make user life easier than total wipe out

    I check my BBM version on Blackberry World --> My World ---> BBM

    Cheers.. been check the version.. yep we have the same version.. I think we are not alone.. the bbworld bbm reviews is bombed by negative ratings due to the not working of bbm..
    Probably dude sitting in BlackBerry office Canada never heard of QA->UAT->deployment

    Seems like I'm not the only one with the trouble out here.
    They better solve this problem fast.
    I love BlackBerry but seriously, this isn't funny, and won't help them get back on their feet.

    Sorry for double post. I don't know if this works for you guys but it's worth a try:

    Go to Settings -> About.
    Drop down to network, then tap the "More" on the bottom-right of the screen, then "Register BlackBerry".

    Mine works now
