    Device is stuck on a screen I have never seen-img_00000462.jpg
    My friend has a z10 stuck on this screen. Even after leaving connected to computer. Battery pull, wall charger,....

    What is this screen? How can we get past this screen. What needs to be done?

    This happened to me when I did a battery pull while performing a security wipe. I had to reload the OS using the method found here:
    KB33480-BlackBerry 10 smartphone does not startup and displays either a phone with a USB icon or an error with a link to www.bberror.com after an interrupted Security Wipe

    Yep; the integrity check on the flash memory in the phone failed at boot, and it has to be reloaded from the computer.

    BlackBerry LINK can perform that job (as can an autoloader)
