    It has been reported/rumored (don't remember which) that they are working on a desktop version - and a WP version is assumed to follow as Windows on one devices is now pretty much Windows on all devices (the newer ones without the RT designation anyway).

    They are working on it, but it's not a high priority. I suspect we won't see it till after iOS & Android have Voice/Video

    Thats very optimistic, i dont even think we will see windows bbm until the end of 2014.

    Damn it's too long. I want that lumia 1520 so badly. Best battery life, best camera, best processor, QI wireless charging , with Nokia Here maps, outstanding 6 inch Display with clear black technology, 4 microphone for rich recording etc..

    Lumia 1520 with BlackBerry 10 would be the perfect smartphone in the world.

    I am pretty sure there will be a Windows Phone version of BBM one day. If BlackBerry really want to strengthen BBMs position as a Xplattform messaging system, they simply can't ignore the third strongest plattform on the market. At least not on the long run. However I think completing the BBM for Android and iOS has a higher priority for now. I think they'll complete both Channels and Video support first before they'll take care of Windows Phone.

    Berryleaks revealed some time ago that they were, in fact, working on a WP8 version of BBM. as to when, who knows? take it with a grain of salt of course, but its something.

    Though. People here find that berryleaks is still reliable. But don't for BBM for WP?? Weird. But I'm waiting for BBM on my WPs as I have for My iPhone and Nexus
