I don't know much about the Dev C. My main concern is LTE capability. I have Tmo and can't get a hard answer.

Yeah, fair enough. I'd have to really dig into some threads - the Dev units aren't well documented. I'd assume LTE is going to be fine, it's mostly 3G they are limited on. But I'll see what I can find for ya.

Dev C is SQN100-3 meaning that its the same Q10 device meant for Europe. Most of the 3G GSM networks in the USA will work on this phone however LTE won't. More specifically to DecAway, it won't work on TMO's LTE network.
