It is hard to follow the writings and the images at the same time. Only those who currently use BB10 may be able to understand what this all means. Again, it signifies that BB10 is NOT for everybody! Not a good ad in my opinion, if the purpose is to attract users of other phones!

I agree, too many on screen text to follow what it is it's trying to feature...by contrast, a good ad is the latest one for the galaxy s4...it narrates what the phone can do and showed it to you in an engaging way...it actually made me say "if i were to switch, i would switch to that."

Instead of all those writing, why not get someone to speak the words out instead. I got tired of trying to follow words that pop out everywhere while trying to keep my focus on the features offered on BlackBerry 10 even though I know them all inside out. If I can't keep up with everything in the video, how can they expect someone who doesn't know anything about BlackBerry 10 to keep pace with the commercial.

For users who are accustomed to BB10 the ad obviously makes sense, but I imagine for your average user of different OSes, the ad would come across as confusing mess.

A good TV ad isn't going to win back the customers BlackBerry needs to survive, imo BlackBerry need to do more than just 'marketing' as a lot of people on this forum seem to think that's the missing element...'marketing' IS important but not everything.
