My sisters BBM isn't working and the 4dots is not showing up at the top. Did battery pull, voice and data is available but still no BBM functions. It's not a service provider thing because we have the same phone and same company/plan.

Help Advice plz?

If you go into YOUR PHONE, either reboot it, or go into About > network > 3 dot menu > register BB, yours will die too
The BB registration servers are down so it doesn't know when your phone reconnects to the network

EDIT ^^^ we just learnt more.


The 4 dots is the blackberry symbol and it represents data connectivity.

Mine has been out since yesterday 7pm. There are other threads started on this topic.

I guess we just wait it out until we learn more.
