Ever since I updated my Z10 on Fido I cannot play any media. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Go to settings... mobile network ... then APN at the bottom of your screen and check your APN settings. Make sure ot says internet.fido.ca in the "access point name" field. (I believe internet.fido.ca is the correct name. Double check)

Just checked that and it was set properly, still no media. Even on board music.

This is my first negative posts about BB10. Everything has been running perfect for me. When I got my z10 i knew BB10 would continue to improve and watched it grow into an amazing OS. Then i updated to 10.2.0.1803 and things went to s$%t. All my photos saved on my media card disappeared (but capacity on my SD card showed that there was 2.1GB of unknown data) and when i connected the SD card to my laptop, that data was 'magically' deleted and I lost all of my photos/music/videos that I took on my phone. I have some of my photos from my last sync but I shouldn't have to rely on syncing all the time to prevent losing all my data. This was on my SD card!!!

Secondly, now when I try to save or share images from an email, I get the loading circle spinning forever and with what looks like an error 'cancel button' appearing at the bottom to cancel the process. Something seems to have broke in in 2.0.1803 that has made things very inconvenient and painful for me. Has anyone else experienced this same issue? And for those who have not upgraded yet...PLEASE BACK UP ALL OF YOUR MEDIA ON TO YOUR LAPTOP FIRST!! And I hope I don't see posts like "you should have backed up your photos all the time on your phone for reasons like this - this is your fault" as i will not be connected to my laptop at the hip and should be able to trust my phone (short of losing or damaging it) to not delete content on my SD card.
