It's driving me crazy. If I just happen to brush the O key - without pressing it - the phone still recognises it as if I'd pressed it.

Whenever I press the I or P keys, I get an O too, meaning I'm constantly having to go back to correct spellings (when autocorrect misses it anyway).

I'm guessing that my hardware is faulty. Anything I can do?

Longer solution, send it to Blackberry for repair. Quick solution, buy a keyboard for $15+- off of ebay and replace it yourself. Taking the q10 apart (also the Bold series) is another positive factor in owning a Blackberry. Its understood that we expect electronics to function, but sometimes they don't. The q10 is relatively easy to replace its major parts, which is a long term device owner's benefit.

I had the same problem and AT&T sent me a refurbished Q10 free. The refurbished are restored to 'as new' condition and it is under warranty too

This, although I have Verizon. I also noticed that the rest of my keys felt better on my replacement.

Kown issue. Replace it under warranty. Keyboards of the Q10 are not that good as one may expect.

Had the same problem with my "w" key. I replaced the keyboard and now it's as good as it was when I bought it 1 month ago. If it goes bad again, I'm going to android.
