    Anyone having this issue ?

I add a password, lock the app and when I log back in, no passwords .

I also lost all my previous passwords saved before I was upgraded to 10.2

But since upgrading to 10.2, the app has not been working

I will try reinstalling to see if that clears it up.

Are you referring to the 10.2 update pushed out top you by your carrier, or an upgrade to one of the leaked versions?
Did you run a backup before upgrading? (always recommended.)

If you backed-up and restored settings, you should only have to import the PW Keeper data. Settings > scroll to bottom for "Import Passwords".

    Yeah, official carrier 10.2 update

I did backup as well, but didn't know you could just import password keeper data in settings... i didn't want to restore all settings since I made changes and didn't want to screw anything up.

I did reinstall the app though and now passwords see to save ok...

I'll look into getting my passwords back from backup tonight.

Were you able to restore just the password file without the settings? I don't want to restore my settings file from a backup because it causes bugs relating to my keyboard and word substation shortcuts.

They, BB, really need to work on the Link software. They also need to come up with a better way of dealing with individual apps and their data. The complaints about the old Desktop Software are hollow compared to the Link problems.

Yes. You need to be able to be more selective in your backups than just media, settings and apps. It's a horrible system and makes it really difficult to backup and restore when you actually have issues with certain apps or settings. I am just transferring my passwords by hand which really shouldn't need to happen. An export option or a proper setup in Link would make this was faster.

One question a backup with BlackBerry Link will save my passwords of that application?

Yes, as long as you include Settings in the backup/restore. See post #2.
