    I have a BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1 and am currently on O2, however I cannot get OTA updates for my phone. Someone told me it is because O2 never carried that device. Does anyone know if any of the UK carriers sold the STL100-1. I know I can do the manual load of a leak but would prefer just to get onto the current release version OTA if possible. I have tried a Three SIM and it did not work for the upgrade.

    I afraid an autoloader or BB Link is going to be your only option here.
