My phone was working like normal today I took it out side in the cold for 10 minutes it remained in my pocket.

When i got home the screen fizzled out, It still receiving texts I'm unsure what to do.

I backed it up and updated using bblink, I had a similar problem on my 9700 with it's known LCD problems.

This is pretty frustrating I checked google/CB for similar problems but haven't seen anything. I checked the water damage indicator and it was white.

anyone know what to do or have any suggestions?

The water damage indicator really only goes off if water contacts it (not just humidity or frost, actual water). Damage from frost or humidity could cause this (I broke a camera on my Z10 with rain without the indicator going off). I would recommend taking the battery out and leaving it to dry overnight (perhaps with a fan pointing at it).

If that doesn't fix it, you should probably send it in for warranty.

Coincidence, perhaps. How COLD is cold? And a pocket should protect it. Unless the cold followed by a quick warmup stressed a solder contact or circuit board. And that should be covered by warranty I would expect.

Just Toronto minus 3? celsius perhaps. I'm not entirely sure how it happened. My speakers stopped working a few months ago but from what I've seen that occurred in quite a few early Z10's.

26F is not very cold. Mine will be coming on cross-country ski trips and it will be colder than that and it will be unheated in a pack pocket.
