It's called a P'9982.... it's not a Z10.... though it looks like a z10; has the same software as a Z10; can use the same case as a Z10... it's not a Z10. And the cost reflects the none similarity.

It does have 64gb internal storage, though I'm not saying that justifies the price. What I would be curious to know is if they put the newer hardware in for miracast and usb otg

Don't hold your breath. The OS for a P9982 and a Z10 STL100-2/3 are identical, the checks to load Porsche assets are within the code.

That doesn't mean we aren't trying, of course.

What, 1280x1280? All the default wallpapers are 1280x1280, it's either in anticipation of landscape mode or just a holdover from PB.
