    First I have been having problems with my BBM connecting and disconnecting with the severs, my photos will not show in the picture app but shows in media files. My screen shot works intermittently and all my folders for my apps are now back to regular and my side loaded apps are not working. Is there any solutions to these problems and will 10.2 fix them?

    What OS are you running now? What carrier? And if you feel comfortable, I would say load the new 10.2.1.1055 leak.

    I would say you should backup your device and then do a security wipe then reload backup

    Look, frustration understood and appreciated. "Leak" 10.2.0.1791 posted here in these forums happens to be the official version rolled out to most carriers across the world. Why don't you search the forums and give it a go unless there's a very specific reason why you can't run leaks.

    Have your rebooted your device recently? Sometimes that simple action helps things square up and get right. Another option is to download either 10.2 or go the whole 10 yards and download 10.2.1.1055. I have the latter and it runs smoothly with no problems. Everything works as it should on my version of the Z10.

    I'd say try getting the bar files of the Android Runtime of your OS and sideloading them over your OS again. If you can wait an hour or 2, I can get them for you to try (Or if someone gets them first)

    It's just kik, which I don't even use and instagram which is not that important. I'm going to try the security swipe this weekend when I have time and not using my phone.
