    BB World keeps notifying me that I have two updates (one is actually BB World itself) but apps will not download.
    I have rebooted (using volume keys), reset numerous times and refreshed BB World and I still get the notices.
    Has anyone else seen this problem?

    I got only the BB World update and updated without any problem. (Using a SQN-3 Q10 official OS 10.2.0.1791)
