    Either from your carrier or you download a leak which will work just as good.

    If you're with a US carrier, there's a high chance they haven't sent out 10.2. Just download a leak.

    I had Skype before 10.2.
    But i think the new updated one is for 10.2.
    Either download a leak or wait for the carrier to roll it out.
