Loaded it on my Z10 running 10.1.0.2019 and now Bridge doesn?t work at all. Was working prior. Guess I missed the part about it being just for 10.2

I'm the op of the thread (PlayBook /Bridge) that originally posted these addresses. I am the individual that spoke to the rep for the BlackBerry Development Team and she was nice enough to supply us with these emails. I sent in a copy of the thread that had over 6,000 views and over 100 replies. As a result of your continuing emails we have seen numerous changes in our os's.

I am a PB owner and an active PB user, in fact. I still can't get too excited about this small tweak, though as I say, it's nice to have. I'm harkening back to the days of deep handset-to-PB Integration in the BBOS version. Maybe I should stop harkening back to the ideal past, and accept the spartan new reality. But I'm only human!

There were two reasons I kept my 9930 and didn't go to BB10 devices: Bridge SMS and shortcut keys. With the new bridge and the 10.2 Q10 update, I will be calling Sprint for the upgrade!

Yes! One more step towards having the functionality we lost. Now if I could get the email and PIM mirroring functions back I would be completely happy. In other words don't stop here BlackBerry.

Tried software update on PB and it says it's updated

So now my PB is showing 2 new text messages (which aren't on my phone), and when I try to load the text message one the PB (to get rid of the notification if nothing else), it spins and spins and never loads.

So I am stuck with a little notification icon and I still can't send or receive SMS on the PB.

Ballocks.
