Found a workaround for the connectivity problem in BBWorld.

It's not perfect and does not resolve the problem.
- go to the music app
- select the menu (the three dots on the bottom right)
- select BB World

Edit: Imho the only resolution to the problem is a security wipe, but thats just me..

Yes, I had the same issue - BBW seems screwed up somehow. I'm security wiping now to see if that fixes issue.

At first my Q10 didn't show me that there were an update for my bbw but then I went to BBW and searched for any updates available and boom it was there from along time

So go and check maybe you got the update my ur phone didn't notify you
