    I keep getting this error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled link twice. OS has been restored, security wiped on the phone. Trying to sync music from iTunes. I don't want to copy and paste using explorer because of Artwork + Playlists.

    Are you using the latest version of Link? After I updated that stopped happening.

    I'm having the same problem - I'm definitely using the latest version of BlackBerry Link.

    I also tried having Link "forget" my current device. Grrr.
