    after ı install last leak ( 10.2.1.1055 ) ı can not open BB WORLD

    Its sayıng lıke thıs '' There was a problem connecting.... blackberry world must close ''


    ı already made reboot ,, factory reset ,, ı ınstalled agaın ..... no solution ..... can someone help ?

    My BlackBerry World is working fine. Did you do security wipe after installation?

    now im doing security vipe agaın ... but ı dont thınk so ıt wıll help ... ın turkey many my frıends have same problem

    I did security wipe after installation and didn't restored anything. Try it and see if it'll work.

    I had that same bug on 2.1 only work without sim card securty wipe/ reload os did not work At all on my

    have the same problem on my Q10... even after security wipe and clean install, same problem.. Tried taking out the sim card as well, but that didn't make any difference for me..
