Trying to download an album. It say error code 2001 download failed and lists stuff like transaction id

Can you tell us where you are getting the error? I'm guessing this is after you enter your password, has BB tendered payment on your card? Also what album might be helpful as well. Your country, OS version, and device wouldn't be bad either.

I am getting the same error. It's after the purchase and when it tries to download the song. The first song in the album downloads fine, but after that you get this.

So no answers yet from Blackberry App world support and no answers on their forums. You know I love how people defend this company and when things go wrong you are in a fight for answers.

You wonder why the other guys pounce all over them.

And yes I am venting.

That's exactly how it looks. I am also able to download only one song.

I could at least use a refund to go and buy from amazon instead

So just an update. I filled out a refund form on blackberry website. I had my money refunded in an hour from submission.
