    Yeah probably in phone settings. ...or use an app.
    Its been a while since I used my z10 before it stopped working.

    No, you can't.

    A workaround is to create a contact called "Ignore," go into custom notifications and turn everything off, then add unwanted numbers to that contact. Calls will still come through, but will ring silently until they hang up or go to voicemail.

    Or call your carrier I know mine will block numbers for texts and I believe calls
