I would seriously like to know ,what the big difference is between these two phones,z30 and the s4? And if choosing either one is a good choice.....i would use it for 1 security,browing,emails,and calling very little use of apps.thanx

Using specs will get you a device with higher specs, not a better phone.

You mentioned two things which favor the Z30: Security and, no need for many apps. While BB10 devices often have most apps you are looking for, they don't have huge numbers of apps available.

z30 is quite a bit bigger than the s4 also. 1.5 ounces heavier and also taller, wider thicker. I would get hands on both for a better feeling

I read 4 things that favor bb10. Email, browsing, security, and not an appaholic.

Even more would be that the typing experience on bb10 is the best hands down. Unless you like swype typing.

Go ahead with Z30. I myself upgraded from Z10 yesterday and can't stop talking about its battery life even though it's not even 48 hours. Hub is greatest feature for all your messages. This model ain't present in android or iPhone.

Go for it. You won't regret your purchase.

S4 is more of extra apps and features that you would hardly ever use but don't forget androids are very poorly secured

In Holland the Samsung S4 has almost the same specs like the Z30 but the screen resoluition on the S4 is higher and processor etc looks al the same but the Samsung S4 just cost 430 euro and the Z30 cost 599 euro. Whoopy ,how to sell this. BB come on.

The Z1 is also 599 in Holland and The LG G2 is 549,00 same screen size but higher reslolution and 2,2Ghz processor. So price Z30 must be 450,00 - 500

It's to expensive and I wanted to buy two one for me and the wife but I have to sit this one out .
Why is it nog just 450 -500 euro. she maybe wanted the Q5 but the Z10 is cheaper, crappy pricing.

I know BB has quality and it's invisible for consumers because they don't advertise here. So People see the price and they buy Samsung. I had the luck to test the phone but there are thing like the screen. The S4 or Z10 is better and I really like the Z30 and the sound is good,very good but I gone sit this one out and buy maybe another model. NO other OS because I like OS10

That's ridiculous man, s4 has been out for a good while now, explaining the lower price.
But I do agree that the Z30 should cost a little less.

The phones, from 5 paces away, look the same.

Up close - it's the experience that counts. Specs are only a fraction of the game

How does the phone and OS experience make you Feel? That's all that matters, really. If they both do what you want then what's the experience do for you.

There are not so many BlackBerry Z30 users out there - it is an exclusive club in a way.

PS: They'll both be obsolete in about 6 months.
